1. 📦 Scope of Services
Show Your Skill .Online (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides live streaming services to event organisers (“Organisers”) and offers video footage from these livestreams for sale to event participants via our webshop.
By contracting us for live streaming services, accessing any of our paid and free livestreams, or purchasing from our webshop, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”, “organiser”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. 🎥 Livestreaming Services for Organisers
- By contracting our livestreaming services, Organisers agree to provide all necessary access, permissions, and logistical support required to facilitate the livestream.
- Organisers are responsible for ensuring that all content captured during the event including music, performances, commentary, or other media is either:
- Licensed appropriately, or
- Free of copyright restrictions.
- Show Your Skill .Online does not assume liability for any copyright infringement resulting from content captured during livestreams.
- Organisers must indemnify and hold harmless Show Your Skill .Online from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of copyrighted material during the event.
3. 📡 Restreaming and Screen Capturing
All livestreams provided by Show Your Skill .Online, whether offered free of charge or as paid content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. By accessing or viewing our livestreams, you agree to the following restrictions:
❌ Prohibited Actions
- Restreaming: You may not rebroadcast, retransmit, or otherwise share our livestreams on any platform (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, social media, private servers) without prior written permission from Show Your Skill .Online and or the event Organiser.
- Screen Capturing: Recording, screen capturing, or reproducing any part of the livestream whether video, audio, or both is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.
- Embedding: You may not embed our livestreams into third-party websites or applications without our consent.
⚠️ Enforcement and Liability
- Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our livestreams may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
- Users found violating these terms may have their access revoked without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities or platforms.
✅ Exceptions
- Event organisers who have contracted our services may request permission to share or embed the livestream on their official event platforms. Such permissions must be agreed upon prior to the event and may be subject to additional licensing fees or conditions.
4. 📁 Video Footage for Participants
- Participants may purchase access to video footage from events via our webshop.
- With the aim to guard the online safety of minors, Show Your Skill .Online intends to only sell footage of minors to the minors guardians, or their coaches under their guardians approval.
- In order to protect artistic copyright of choreographies or similar artistic intellectual property of others
Show Your Skill .Online intends to only sell footage to the participants themselves. - All footage is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Redistribution, resale, or public broadcasting of our content is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. 💳 Orders and Payments
- All prices listed on our webshop are in € (Euro’s) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed before download links will be issued, downloadable content will remain available for at least 30 days after delivery.
- We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Ideal and Apple Pay payments (availability might be region specific).
4. 📁 Delivery of Digital Products
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to the purchased video footage via download link or streaming access.
- Delivery is considered complete once the access link is provided.
5. 📜 Copyright and Intellectual Property
- All content produced and distributed by Show Your Skill .Online remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
- Important: During livestreams, audio or other media may be captured that is copyright protected.
- It is the sole responsibility of the event organiser and/or event participants to ensure that all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for such copyrighted material are obtained.
- Show Your Skill .Online does not assume liability for any copyright infringement resulting from content captured during events.
- By engaging our services, you confirm that you have secured all required rights or have delegated this responsibility appropriately.
6. 🚫 Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
