Our tickets are for the livestream only. It is not a given that you will be able to watch back based on Video on Demand. To accommodate changes in the schedule we stream using DVR allowing to watch back a certain amount of time, normally one hour, as long as the livestream is running. Tickets can only be used on 2 different IP-addresses and thus on only two devices. Be aware if you purchase a ticket on a company laptop while using a VPN tunnel, the IP address will be different compared to using that same laptop at home to watch. In this scenario, both IP-addresses are used up on a single device. We appreciate people have questions to log on, or how to use the ticket purchased on one device and watch on another. While the stream is live we are only a staff of two, one filming the other producing, it is very hard to additionally respond to your queries.
